Your tasks

• Project management for the introduction of the Performance Recording & Coding module of our clinical information system KISIM in Swiss hospitals.
• Primary contact person for customers as well as analysis of their needs.
• Coordination of internal CISTEC tasks as well as taking on product and project responsibility.
• Co-responsibility in the product management team for the further development of the module.

Your profile

• Excellent experience with the Swiss healthcare system and knowledge of the corresponding outpatient and inpatient billing tariffs.
• Practical experience with performance recording systems or coding in Swiss hospitals and clinics.
• Ideally, you have experience with system configurations and specification work.
• Proactive communication with high consulting competence and appreciation of professional customer contact.
