The Business Strategy sector supports agricultural enterprises in their development through individual consultancy services and further training (business consultancy). The main areas of activity include business planning and budgeting, farm succession, inter-company cooperation and agricultural-related economic activities.

Your tasks

• Management of the Business Strategy sector with 11 employees
• Advising and informing clients individually or in groups in the area of business management
• Close collaboration and promotion of synergies within the Agriculture section
• Supervising and supporting various projects for the sector and the Agriculture section

Desired profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Agronomy or Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of the agricultural environment
• Experience and further training in management and project management
• Proficiency in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language (B2-C1)
