Tasks

• Adolescent-appropriate care, support, and promotion in the developmental tasks of the youth
• Ensuring shift operation
• Designing the ward environment and supporting the youth in practical life tasks, daily structure, and leisure in close cooperation with nursing
• Promoting the youth in developing social and emotional skills
• Developing an individual social pedagogical support plan with those affected and promoting active implementation in everyday life involving parents / caregivers
• Proactive collaboration in the interprofessional core and treatment team
• Coordination, leadership, and evaluation of milieu- and social-therapeutic groups
• Remaining capable of action in acute crisis situations and providing security to the youth

Profile

• Successful completion of studies in social pedagogy (HF/FH/Uni) (recognition certificate for foreign diplomas)
• Ideally experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and/or youth homes
• Conflict-capable and enthusiastic personality, conscientiousness, and efficient working
• Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and a sense of humor
