About the job
In this diverse job
- you manage the social channels of our news portals in the Northwestern Switzerland region (Aargauer Zeitung, Solothurner Zeitung, bz Basel, Limmattaler Zeitung ...)
- you are active in front of and behind the camera
- you edit and post reels and video content
- you create additional multimedia content (feed posts, stories, link posts)
- you take care of our online community and interact with readers
- you analyze the performance of our content and monitor trends
- you support and enrich our online desk and editorial teams with active exchange and fresh ideas
You will succeed here if
- you have experience with various social media platforms
- you have already gained initial experience with video – in front of and behind the camera –
- you are creative and have a good sense of design
- you work in a structured, clean, and reliable manner
- you have very good German skills in spoken and written form
- you have a connection to the canton of Aargau, canton of Solothurn, and/or the two Basels
