Your Tasks
- Analysis and preparation of personnel management key figures
- Preparation of regular HR reports, forecasts and statistics
- Support in budget planning and personnel cost controlling
- Further development of HR controlling tools, dashboards and processes
- Collaboration with HR, controlling and managers at various locations
- Ensuring efficient and data-based personnel management
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, personnel management, controlling or comparable qualification
- Knowledge in personnel controlling and handling HR KPIs
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, LOGA and SAP FI/CO as well as ideally IT affinity
- Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers and structured working method
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and sense of responsibility
