For assignments in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for a competent specialist.

Your main tasks are:

• Management and organisation of construction sites in the refurbishment sector on site
• Implementation of work preparation according to specifications
• Leadership and motivation of assigned employees
• Ensuring a high-quality, timely and economical execution
• Coordination of personnel, machinery and material deployments
• Monitoring occupational safety and compliance with regulations
• Checking the completed work regarding quality, dimensions and time
• Support with site logistics and reporting
• Close cooperation with site managers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Shaping efficient workflows – solution-oriented, team-capable and practical

You should bring the following:

• Completed training as a foreman or equivalent further education in the main construction trade
• Solid technical knowledge as well as good organisational skills
• Several years of practical experience in site management, ideally in refurbishment
• Independent, responsible and goal-oriented working style
• Ability for clear communication and leadership of site teams
• High quality and safety awareness
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally BauBit
• Willingness for personal development and to take on responsibility
• Open, team-oriented manner with assertiveness and commitment
