For Rhomberg Bau, we are looking for a responsible working student in the HR area (m/f/d) for the Lindau location.

Your Tasks

Support in applicant management as well as in the creation of HR documents and certificates
Maintenance and updating of personnel and employee master data in HR systems (e.g. FinkZeit, Edenred, Rexx)
Assistance with collective bargaining and labor law issues
Maintenance and further development of HR processes at the Lindau location
Participation in HR projects such as digitization, expense and fleet management
Support at HR events, workshops, and trade fair appearances as well as implementation and distribution of centrally provided social media content of the Rhomberg Bau Group

Your Profile

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in business administration with a focus on HR/law or similar with interest in labor law topics
First practical experience in the HR environment, administration, or organization is an advantage
Very good German skills as well as confident handling of MS Office
Affinity for digital tools as well as openness to new systems and applications
Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a high degree of discretion and responsibility when handling sensitive data

*The internship lasts at least six months and can be extended depending on agreement.
