About the job

• Competent and friendly telephone customer advice on products, premium tariffs and insurance benefits
• Independent and professional handling of emails, letters, etc.
• Issuing insurance certificates and processing incoming correspondence

• You appreciate personal and telephone contact with customers, are patient and attentive
• You are service-oriented, responsible, flexible and resilient
• Ideally, you have a commercial or medical basic education
• You already have the VBV training (Health Insurance module) or are willing to complete it
• You communicate fluently in German, French and English, both orally and in writing; any additional language is an advantage
