Your Tasks
- You are fully responsible for managing a portfolio of predominantly residential properties
- You develop and manage the annual budget including forecasts and control and account for creditors
- You lead and train your subordinate employees (including goal setting and monitoring of goal achievement)
- You support and advise tenants and property owners and manage the facility managers
- You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including reporting
- You carry out changes to rental agreements, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments
- You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on setting the rent structure
Your Profile
- You have a federal diploma in property management or an equivalent qualification in the real estate sector
- You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have experience in tenancy law, and possess basic construction knowledge
- Your native language is German, and ideally, you can communicate in other languages both orally and in writing
- You have a high level of social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
- You embody the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
- You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
- You possess self-learning competence and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others
