We are looking for you: You love customer contact and are fascinated by the IT world!
- Central hub for order processing from quotation to invoicing
- Project administration (opening and monitoring of projects in the area of delivery dates and invoicing using the ERP system Abacus as well as the ticketing system TopDesk)
- Checking and reconciling customer contracts and supplier documents
- Telephone and written contact with customers and suppliers
- Close cooperation with our sales, support, and project management teams
- Occasional support in managing our telephone switchboard
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Experience in internal sales is an advantage in the IT industry
- Good MS Office skills and experience with Abacus
- Enjoyment of customer contact and working in a dynamic team
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
