For the strategic and operational management of the Media & IT department, we are seeking from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement a committed, innovative and strong leadership personality as

Your tasks

• Strategic development of the Media & IT department at the primary school Baden
• Management of the technical ICT support team
• Coordination of the pedagogical ICT support and leadership of the Media & IT steering group
• Ensuring the organisational structure and processes as well as a stable, secure and future-oriented IT operation
• Management of IT and digitalisation projects
• Advising and supporting school management, leaders and employees on digital issues
• Responsibility for budget, investment and resource planning as well as quality assurance in the Media & IT area

Your profile

• Completed technical IT education at FH Bachelor or Master level with additional leadership and specialist qualifications
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the IT environment
• Experience in managing IT and digitalisation projects
• Sound knowledge of IT infrastructures, Microsoft 365, IT support and data protection
• Ideally experience in the primary school sector
• Networked, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a high service orientation
