About the job
The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the City of Winterthur in the five retirement homes as well as with Spitex. For our long-term care at the Neumarkt Retirement Home, which offers a well-maintained home to around 65 residents, we are looking for an integrity-driven, open-minded, and cheerful professional starting March 16, 2026, or by arrangement, fixed-term with the option of extension.Your Tasks
- Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and nursing within the key worker system
- Responsible for a contemporary nursing process
- Analyzing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures, and evaluating them
- Contributing to the development of nursing quality and the residential group
- Working in early, late, and night shifts
Your Profile
- Training at the level of Dipl. Nurse HF or FH
- High social competence, teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience
- Goal-oriented, independent, and service-oriented working style
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs
- RAI knowledge is an advantage
