∙ Order processing and order handling

∙ Communication with customers on operational matters
∙ Handling inquiries, customer complaints, and returns
∙ Supporting key account management in sales activities

Your Profile
∙ Completed commercial basic training
∙ Experience in a comparable function
∙ Confident handling of MS Office
∙ Good ERP knowledge (SAP advantageous)
∙ Fluent German, French skills advantageous
∙ Enjoyment of customer contact
