What is my role?

In your role as a relief operator, you provide the required packaging materials; demand notifications are made at short notice by the consumers (e.g. cleanroom, final packaging). At the same time, you ensure the product transfer between the work groups. Furthermore, you thus fulfil an important interface function, which is fundamental for the smooth production process. You also actively participate in optimal inventory management and in periodic stocktaking according to plan/need. You recognise quantity discrepancies and independently carry out interim inventories. Due to the continuous packaging material requests and a certain basic hectic environment, a well-organised, helpful and solution-oriented way of working in the team is required.

What do I need to be successful?

Besides a completed vocational training, you already bring professional experience as well as very good German skills (reading, understanding and implementing work instructions). Preferred are gentlemen who either come from retail or have experience in warehousing. It is important that you have a forklift licence. You are a reliable and resilient person who has the ability to keep an overview and work concentrated even under stress. Your team spirit and willingness to work shifts (2-3 shifts) complete your profile. Very important for this job is that you do not suffer from allergies to packaging components and aids.
