About the job
As a non-profit organisation with around 50 employees, we comprehensively ensure outpatient care and nursing in the Waldenburgertal.

Finance, Administration & HR Specialist 50–70 %
You want to take on responsibility in a versatile role and enjoy working at the interface between finance, personnel administration and administration? Then you are exactly right at Spitex Waldenburgertal.
In this varied role, you are an important hub for our employees, management and various stakeholders. You ensure that financial and administrative processes run reliably and that our employees are competently supported in personnel administrative matters.
Your main tasks:
Finance & Accounting
- Independent management of finance and accounting
- Booking and control of ongoing business transactions
- Management of accounts payable and receivable as well as invoicing
- Preparation and creation of semi-annual and annual financial statements
- Support of management in financial and administrative matters
Personnel Administration & HR
- Independent execution of monthly payroll processing including year-end tasks
- Support of personnel administration from entry to exit
- Further development of administrative processes
- Contact person for employees and supervisors on administrative HR and payroll questions
Administration & Organisation
- General administrative and organisational tasks
- Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of processes
- Support of management and the team in various projects
Your profile:
- Commercial apprenticeship with further training and professional experience in finance and accounting
- Good knowledge of Swiss payroll and social security systems
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Numerical flair, sense of responsibility and discretion
- Good IT user skills; Abacus, Perigon and M365 are an advantage
- High degree of independence and enjoyment in taking responsibility within a team
