Building Services Planner Sanitary 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You support project management in diverse construction projects in the fields of healthcare, industry, public administration, and residential construction

• You prepare technical planning documents in all service phases according to SIA 108 - from preliminary planning through execution planning to professional site supervision

• You develop precise detailed drawings for implementation

• You prepare professional tender documents for awarding contracts

• You independently manage smaller projects from A to Z

What do I need to be successful?

Our client requires for this position:

• A completed apprenticeship as a building services planner: sanitary

• Solid CAD skills, ideally complemented by experience with Revit and BIM

• Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• The ability to work independently and solution-oriented

• A precise and structured approach to tasks

• A communicative personality with high resilience and flexibility
