Your tasks:
- You ensure professional, individual care – according to our care guidelines.
- You carefully and data protection-compliantly carry out the care documentation in CareCoach.
- You competently implement medical orders and accompany rounds.
- You are responsible for the correct handling of medication.
- You actively participate in reports and support the team professionally.
- You accompany employees and trainees in the care process and take on daily or shift responsibility.
- You keep an overview, plan carefully, solve challenges, and are the central contact person for residents, relatives, and the team.
