Plant Operator Cheese Processing / Food Technology (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF65,000 - 80,000Role:
In this role, you will dive deep into the world of cheese production, carefully and precisely manufacturing high-quality products. You work reliably and process-oriented, significantly contributing to the adherence to defined production processes. You are responsible for implementing and monitoring the applicable hygiene regulations in the food sector, thus ensuring the quality and safety of the products. With your resilience, you keep an overview even during peak times and ensure a smooth production flow. You apply your experience purposefully to continuously optimise workflows.
Responsibilities:
Control and monitoring of production and packaging lines in cheese processing
Management of plant processes including operation and coordination
Execution of cleaning, maintenance, and inspection tasks
Ensuring product quality and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Guaranteeing an efficient production process and supporting process improvements
Qualifications:
Experience as a plant operator in food production with strong process understanding
Technical understanding and experience handling production equipment
Independent, flexible, and resilient working style with a high quality awareness
Good German language skills and enjoyment of teamwork
Experience with ERP systems and a valid forklift licence SUVA category S are advantageous
