We are looking for a dedicated person as of September 1, 2025, or by agreement for the position of
CLAIMS HANDLER 80-100%
How you can contribute with us
- Receiving, triaging, and systematically recording damage reports
- Professional examination of damage estimates in compliance with guidelines
- Preparation of legally compliant damage decisions
- Independent handling of minor claims, including plausibility checks, assessment, and claims settlement – if necessary, also in the field
- Control and verification of billing amounts for accuracy and completeness
- Personal and telephone consultation of clients on damage and insurance matters
- Active participation in further development through project work
What you bring with you
- Completed training or further education in the field of construction (draftsperson, construction manager); a commercial additional qualification and several years of professional experience in a comparable function are advantageous
- Construction and building technology expertise as well as solid knowledge in the areas of construction execution, calculation, and/or cost estimation
- Proficient use of MS Office applications and a pronounced IT affinity
- Team-oriented and customer-focused personality with a confident expression and very good communication skills in German
- Quick comprehension and an independent, structured, and careful working style
