You will:

• discover the various activities related to our stores throughout your apprenticeship. You will learn how H&M works and what makes us so special. Whether on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, or at the checkout, our customers are always at the heart of everything we do.
• see how campaigns and commercial activities are successfully implemented to achieve our sales goals together.
• learn to present our collections and departments in a creative and inspiring way, and understand the important role of our stockrooms in this process.
• discover administrative tasks and what happens behind the scenes of a successful store, and how all the different areas are ultimately connected.

Our stores are the heart of H&M – this is where our customers experience the brand up close. Every team member contributes to creating an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere.

You will work closely with your team to help our customers feel comfortable and express their personality through the latest trends and timeless styles.

• Your apprentice monthly salary (gross):

CHF 1000.- the 1st year, CHF 1200.- the 2nd year, CHF 1600.- the 3rd year

(13 monthly payments per year)

• 30 days of vacation
