Quality Engineer 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• In this position, you conduct detailed analyses of electronic sensor components

• You write meaningful quality reports according to 8D and 4D methodology and maintain close communication with the marketing and sales departments

• You handle quality notifications from the company as well as from customers and initiate appropriate optimisation measures

• You coordinate cross-departmental 8D teams and communicate technical matters with customers - clearly, structured and with a focus on solutions

• You organise and moderate internal quality circles, also across locations with international subsidiaries

• You actively participate in internal and external audits and support the quality manager in preparation and execution

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training in electronics or electromechanics as well as an advanced qualification as an electronics engineer HF or FH

• You bring several years of professional experience in electrical engineering or electronic device analysis and have extensive know-how in pressure and sensor technology

• You are proficient in using quality tools such as 8D reports and FMEA methods

• You have independently conducted process and product audits

• You communicate confidently and professionally with customers, even on complex technical issues

• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written

• You work systematically and solution-focused, have high quality standards and enjoy continuously developing processes
