• You develop and manage marketing measures with a clear focus on lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth
• You strengthen the visibility of our offerings among corporate clients, private customers and institutional partners
• You plan and implement campaigns that generate concrete demand and actively support sales
• You develop measures along the customer journey
• You analyse target groups, market potentials and customer needs and derive concrete marketing and sales impulses from them
• You manage digital channels such as website, newsletter, social media and campaign platforms with a view to conversion and impact
• You create clear briefings for external partners such as agencies, graphic designers or content producers
• You elevate existing marketing activities to a higher level of effectiveness and develop new approaches to market development
• You measure the success of measures and optimise them based on impact, reach, leads and sales opportunities
• You work directly with management and contribute your own ideas for the further development of our market presence
• Experience in marketing, ideally with a strong connection to sales, lead generation or business development
• Experience in developing and implementing sales-oriented marketing campaigns
• Good understanding of digital channels, conversion, performance marketing and customer journey
• Confident use of common marketing and design tools, especially Adobe, InDesign and Canva
• Basic understanding of website and content management systems
• Ability to understand target groups and derive effective measures from them
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense of market opportunities
• Experience in working with external agencies and partners
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment in actively driving topics forward and achieving measurable results
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
