For our "Technical Products & Performance" team, we are looking for a committed professional to help shape change.  <br/><br/>Your main tasks:<br/><br/>* Liaison: As a central contact point, you coordinate between our Electrical Specialist Management Switzerland and the regional teams. You work closely with local energy suppliers and regulatory authorities. <br/>* Safety Management: You take responsibility for the network operator role according to NIV and ensure timely monitoring and execution of periodic electrical installation inspections at our customers. <br/>* Action Planning: Based on the conducted specialist inspections, you initiate necessary measures, coordinate their implementation, and ensure compliance with the maintenance standards of ISS Switzerland AG. <br/>* Consulting & Coaching: You act as a technical advisor when it comes to the implementation and updating of security concepts, and you coach our employees to continuously expand their expertise. <br/>* Quality Control: You create and update standardized documents and ensure through internal audits that all processes and requirements regarding expertise, quality, and legal regulations are met. <br/>* Innovation Promotion: Develop and implement electrical service concepts and products that provide real added value to our customers, and actively contribute to the (co-)organization of internal training. <br/>* Representation: You represent the ISS Electrical Specialist Office in professional associations and organizations and continue to expand our network in the industry. <br/><br/><br/>Your profile:<br/><br/>* Advanced vocational training as an Electrical Safety Consultant / Project Manager Installation and Safety.<br/>* Several years of experience in electrical and installation technology, ideally as a project manager<br/>* Expertise according to NIV Art. 8 (HFP) is an advantage<br/>* Up-to-date knowledge of technical standards, regulations, and laws in the field of electrical and installation technology<br/>* A proactive, solution-oriented personality who drives optimizations and communicates excellently both internally and externally.<br/>* High sense of responsibility and pronounced social competence<br/>* Very good German skills, solid French skills are an advantage<br/><br/><br/>Ready for us?
