As part of the further development of the Service Center, the Back Office is being realigned. As a service center of the IV Office Bern, the Service Center ensures that our diverse processes run efficiently, customer-oriented, and digitally supported. For the successful management of the operational daily business, we are looking for several committed personalities who want to strengthen our team specifically.
What you can achieve with us
- Together with your team, you ensure that the administrative case processing is reliable, timely, and of high quality, thus contributing significantly to the smooth operation at partner organizations.
- You support the specialists by efficiently handling mutations, clarifications, and correspondence – from ordering travel vouchers to transferring files to other IV offices.
- You coordinate appointments, maintain data, and ensure that all relevant information is at the right place at the right time.
- You maintain professional communication with internal and external offices, provide information, and ensure telephone availability for your topics.
- You take on additional special tasks in daily business that keep operations stable and relieve the specialist departments.
- You relieve our case managers and insurance specialists of administrative tasks and support them in daily business.
Which skills are important to us
- You have completed commercial training and ideally bring several years of experience in the back office.
- You are right with us if you already have knowledge of social insurance or are willing to acquire the corresponding basic knowledge.
- You have a high service awareness and communicate clearly and friendly in German and ideally in French.
- Your quick comprehension enables you to quickly take on complex tasks.
- You recognize your scope of action and know how to use it responsibly.

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as mobile, paid breaks

At least 25 days of vacation annually, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave
