Planning Manager / Building Services Planner, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You lead and motivate a team of 4 employees and also train them
• You plan HVAC projects from concept to commissioning
• In addition, you ensure quality and adherence to deadlines for these important projects
• You act as the interface between project management, installation, external partners and customers
• Assisting in the further development of processes is also part of your demanding area of responsibility
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a qualification or further training as a FH engineer, HF technician or building services planner (m/f/d)
• In addition, you bring experience in the above tasks as well as good CAD and Office skills
• Do you consider yourself well organised, communicative, enthusiastic and conscientious and do you have a hands-on mentality?
