As part of the development of our Europe Business Unit, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in Mies, near Geneva.
You will be responsible for recruiting technical and specialised profiles intended to work on our clients' projects worldwide. You will operate at the heart of an environment of engineering consultancy and technical assistance, in close collaboration with the Business Development Managers and operational managers of the Europe BU.
Job Description
Operationally attached to the Europe Business Unit, you will work in direct functional connection with the Head of Talent Acquisition Manager, who will support you in defining priorities, applying recruitment processes, monitoring performance and improving sourcing methods.
Your missions
Support the needs of the Europe BU
- Work daily with the Business Development Managers and operational managers of the Europe BU;
- Collect, analyse and prioritise recruitment needs according to client projects;
- Understand the technical environments, the sought-after professions and the constraints specific to each assignment.
Deploy sourcing strategies
- Define search strategies in coordination with the Head of Talent Acquisition Manager;
- Identify and approach specialised profiles in technical assistance and industrial engineering;
- Conduct headhunting actions on LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CV databases and professional networks;
- Develop candidate pools in the Oil & Gas, energy, nuclear, infrastructure and process industries sectors.
Evaluate and support candidates
- Conduct pre-qualification interviews;
- Assess skills, sector experience, motivation, availability and salary expectations;
- Present qualified and well-argued applications to operational teams;
- Ensure regular follow-up with candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Ensure activity monitoring
- Guarantee the updating and quality of data in SmartRecruiters;
- Monitor recruitments, deadlines and performance indicators;
- Participate in follow-up meetings with the Head of Talent Acquisition Manager and the Europe BU managers;
- Ensure compliance with the Group's recruitment methods, standards and processes;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing tools and practices.
Qualifications
Your profile

You do not limit yourself to executing a request: you analyse the need, propose a strategy, challenge priorities when necessary and manage your recruitments until completion.
You are a hands-on, responsive and committed person who likes to move quickly, seek solutions and work closely with sales and operational teams.

Experience and skills
- Higher education at Bachelor or Master level, or equivalent experience;
- Minimum five years’ experience in recruiting technical or industrial profiles;
- Experience ideally gained within a technical assistance company, engineering consultancy or specialised industrial recruitment;
- Good knowledge of the Oil & Gas, energy, nuclear, infrastructure, industrial construction or process industries sectors;
- Ability to quickly understand technical professions and complex project environments;
- Mastery of active sourcing, direct approach and headhunting of profiles;
- Good command of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS and Boolean searches;
- Ability to conduct structured pre-qualification interviews and present well-argued applications;
- Fluent French and English level B2 minimum / C1, both written and spoken.

- A full-time permanent contract, based in our offices in Mies, near Geneva;

- A remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary paid over 13 months and a performance bonus;
