About the job

• you package printed materials, coordinate demanding shipping orders and ensure transport-safe as well as timely processing of parcel, post and special shipments
• you create delivery, freight and customs documents for national and international shipments in the ERP system
• you process delivery notes and shipping labels
• you lead a small team in the special shipping area, organise the daily tasks and ensure a smooth running of day-to-day business

• you have experience in a comparable role
• you are proficient with MS Office applications and have experience with ERP systems
• you express yourself confidently in German, both spoken and written
• you think in a networked way and use your organisational talent purposefully
• you work solution-oriented and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• you enjoy dealing with people and like working in a team
• you work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
