What you bring with you
- You have completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or in social pedagogy HF/FH
- Ideally, you already have experience in the psychiatric field
- You preferably bring leadership experience including corresponding further training (CAS) or are willing to complete such training
- Your leadership style is appreciative, reflective, and goal- and result-oriented with high professional and social competence
- You live constructive and solution-oriented teamwork
- You have high verbal and non-verbal communication skills
What you can look forward to
- You are responsible for the personnel and professional management of the nursing and care staff
- Together with the interprofessional management team, you are responsible for implementing appropriate and efficient work processes within the framework of the ward concept while adhering to economic budget guidelines
- Together with the senior physician, you further develop the ward concept content-wise and ensure a future-oriented organization and quality structure
- You plan the deployment and rest times of the nursing and care staff on the ward
- You care for people with mental impairments with varying care needs and actively involve relatives
- You support the nursing team in the daily ward routine
