The varied day

• Taking into account the cognitive and psychological impairments as well as sometimes challenging behaviours of the residents, you ensure a good living atmosphere together with your colleagues
• Everyday life and leisure time are jointly organised in the residential group, considering educational and nursing aspects
• You organise the activities so that you have enough time for administrative and domestic tasks
• You support trainee care specialists as well as health specialists in developing their skills

Your diverse talents

• You are a Certified Specialist in Care EFZ and have experience working with people with various impairments or are interested in training in this field
• You enjoy creating a cosy home together with the residents. You succeed well in managing relationships professionally
• You recognise group dynamic challenges and are able to positively influence them in the interest of a good living atmosphere
• Solution orientation, a high sense of responsibility, professionalism and transparent communication are skills you bring to the team
