We are looking for a Process Manager in IT Applications (w/m/d) for our Endress+Hauser Flow. In this role, you will actively shape our digital process and system landscape and make an important contribution to the further development of our global IT and business processes. Endress+Hauser Flow is responsible within the group for innovative flow measurement technology and stands for the highest quality, technological excellence, and sustainable growth.

What tasks will you take on?

You will:

• be responsible for the preparation and implementation of the SAP S/4HANA migration as well as the continuous improvement of our process and system landscape.
• design, optimize, and harmonize business processes within the framework of Business Process Management.
• advise our worldwide E+H Flow locations on ERP and process issues.
• plan, control, coordinate, and report IT and organizational projects.
• actively participate in the global SAP S/4HANA migration, especially in the area of Finance & Controlling (FI/CO).
• collaborate networked with international teams of the Endress+Hauser group as well as external partners.

What do we expect from you?

You bring:

• a completed degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
• experience in the introduction or migration to SAP S/4HANA, ideally in the area of Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
• profound knowledge of the S/4 process logic in the finance/controlling environment
• knowledge of ITIL processes and BPMN 2.0 is an advantage
• strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and a confident demeanor
• a structured, conscientious way of working as well as high resilience
• a strong customer and service orientation
