Technical Project Assistant 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Technical Project Assistant who, with technical know-how and a structured working method, ensures that projects run smoothly and systems function flawlessly. In this responsible position, you form the interface between technology, project management, and administration.

• Systematic recording, management, and maintenance of device data as well as technical master data in SAP and other databases

• Ensuring a consistent and error-free order completion through careful review of all project documents and data records

• Checking completed orders, including data cleansing

• Compilation and documentation of connection parameters as well as technical configuration data

• Analysis of technical incidents and malfunctions as well as their follow-up and documentation

• Close collaboration with project managers, technicians, and assembly teams to coordinate project details

• Support in the preparation of technical reports, project documentation, and status overviews

• Flawless handover of subsequent processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed electrical vocational training such as an electrician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

• Several years of practical professional experience in a comparable position in a technical environment

• SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Confident handling of MS Office applications

• Independent, structured working method with high attention to detail

• Solution-oriented thinking and analytical skills for problem-solving

• Strong team spirit and strong customer orientation

• Communication skills and professional appearance

• High resilience and flexibility with changing requirements

• Very good German skills, spoken and written
