As a subsidiary of the Lake Lucerne Navigation Company (SGV), Tavolago AG operates the gastronomy on all 5 steam and 14 motor ships of the SGV and also pampers our customers on land in several establishments as well as at caterings and large events with up to 5000 guests culinary delights. Our land-based operations include the LUZ Seebistro, the Wirtshaus Taube, the CHÄRNSMATT – Inn & Play Paradise and the Ampersand Grill Restaurant. We are also the gastronomy partner of the Pilatus Arena and the Lucerne Fair.

We are looking for a new HR Manager (a), 100%
Here is what you will do
HR is more than just processes and guidelines for you? Perfect. Together with Zoe and Sarah, you will shape the future of our personnel work.
- You design and shape our personnel work with foresight and take overall responsibility for the operational and strategic HR area
- You lead and develop the two-person HR admin team
- You are a sparring partner for the management and our executives and advise them on personnel and labour law issues
- You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle and ensure a professional HR service
- You further develop our HR strategy and successfully implement HR projects and change initiatives
- You continuously optimise HR processes, drive digitalisation forward and develop innovative solutions for the workplace of tomorrow
- You analyse HR key figures, derive concrete measures from them and create a sound basis for decision-making for the management
- You strengthen our employer attractiveness and promote a appreciative, modern corporate culture
What we expect from you
- You have a basic education as well as advanced training in Human Resources Management (HR specialist certificate level).
- You feel at home in the gastronomy world and know the L-GAV (must-have criterion)
- You bring 5 years of professional experience in all operational HR processes along the employee lifecycle as well as sound knowledge in payroll, social security, labour law and time management
- You have experience in further developing processes, structures and HR systems and enthusiastically drive change forward
- You think entrepreneurially, combine strategic foresight with a pragmatic hands-on mentality and successfully bring topics to completion
- You enjoy supporting people and assisting managers as a trusted sparring partner
- You are an empathetic and assertive personality with a high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
