We are looking for a committed group leader for the mixed-age group at our STETTBACH-MITTE location.

What are your tasks?

• Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
• Designing a daily routine oriented to the children’s age and interests
• Observation and developmental documentation based on portfolios
• Supervising trainees in the group
• Establishing a partnership in education with the families
• Organising and conducting excursions and parent activities
• Active participation in team meetings
• Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed training as FABE, educator or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
• Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
• Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity and flexibility
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
