Role Objective:

In this position, you organise and coordinate international transport and trade fair logistics projects, ensuring timely and professional handling. With your expertise in freight forwarding and customs, you ensure that shipments reliably reach their destination worldwide. You maintain close contact with customers, partners, and authorities, contributing to a high level of service quality.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordination and organisation of worldwide export and trade fair shipments by truck, air, and sea freight
• Consultation and support of customers including quotation management
• Preparation of all freight, customs, and shipping documents
• Handling of billing and general correspondence
• Monitoring and coordination of logistical processes along the transport chain
• Support for international trade fair projects and occasional assignments abroad

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a freight forwarding clerk (EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience in industrial, project, or trade fair forwarding
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Experience with E-dec, customs programmes, and common MS Office applications
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• High customer orientation as well as organisational and communication skills
