What is my role?

You operate and monitor modern production machines and ensure a smooth manufacturing process. You set up the equipment, carry out quality checks, and independently resolve minor malfunctions. You document the production data and work closely with your team to achieve production targets.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training or professional experience as a machine operator

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Reliability and sense of responsibility

• Willingness to work shifts

• Teamwork skills and independent working style

• Good German language skills, at least B2
