Your Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of approximately 25 employees in the Storage Care team
- Ensuring professional, safe and high-quality patient positioning in the operating area
- Planning, organising and coordinating daily workflows within the area of responsibility
- Responsibility for efficient personnel deployment and smooth processes in daily operating theatre routine
- Promotion, support and further development of employees
- Active participation in the further development of storage care as well as interprofessional collaboration
- Close cooperation with operating theatre nursing, anaesthesia, medical service and other interdisciplinary interfaces
- Participation in the preparation and commissioning of our new building, which we will move into in January 2027 with a total of 18 modern operating theatres
Your Profile
- Completed training as a specialist in storage care or willingness to complete it
- Sound expertise and practical experience in storage care
- Ideally initial leadership experience as well as completed or planned further training in leadership and management
- Strong social, communication and organisational skills
- Enjoyment in leading and developing employees
- Resilient, responsible and team-oriented personality
- High service orientation as well as a pronounced quality and safety awareness
- Willingness to actively shape changes and support the development of new structures and processes
