Your tasks
- Consulting and supporting our customers and business partners from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
- Creating cost estimates, recording and processing workshop orders up to billing
- Responsible for smooth warranty processing
- Initiating appropriate repair measures and monitoring deadlines
- Checking the completeness and quality of the work performed
Your profile
- Completed basic automotive technical training and ideally further training in the commercial field
- First experience in a similar role
- Good MS Office user skills as well as good English skills and additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, pleasant manners and customer-oriented appearance
- High commitment, teamwork and flexibility
