• in the leadership and further development of the areas of outpatient service management, medical coding and referral management
• in the development of your managers and the team, relying on personal responsibility, trust and collaboration
• in operational medical controlling as well as in the analysis of services, revenues and contribution margins from recording to billing
• in the preparation of reports for the hospital management and the clinics
• in the control and further development of processes in the area of tariff systems (SwissDRG, TARDOC and outpatient flat rates)
• in close cooperation at the interfaces with other departments such as patient administration, QRM and finance
• in leading and participating in cross-departmental projects

• have professional experience in medical controlling in a hospital (advantageous with the TIP HCe tool)
• hold a medical or higher professional qualification in nursing/therapy
• have several years of leadership experience in a comparable area
• possess strong analytical and statistical skills
• have knowledge of SwissDRG, outpatient tariff system and REKOLE
