Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2004 and has since brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offer ranges from fresh noodle, rice and soup dishes to various curries. Guests can enjoy their meal in a relaxed atmosphere on one of the 16 swings or conveniently take away their order. The restaurant at Barfüsserplatz in Basel offers over 115 seats and extends over two floors.

Sushi Chef (m/f) 80%

Your versatile tasks:

• You independently prepare the delicious dishes for lunch and dinner service – especially our tasty sushi creations! 🍣

• You make the sushi dishes on the menu with passion and great attention to detail ❤️

• Freshness and quality are paramount to you – you ensure everything is in top condition! 🥬

• General cleaning tasks? No problem, you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen 🧽

• Hygiene is a given for you – you adhere to the HACCP hygiene concept and ensure everything is perfect 📋✨

Your talents & experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in sushi preparation – a sushi training would be great! 🎓

• You speak good German or English and can communicate easily with the team and guests 🗣️

• Your working style is clean, efficient and precise – you place great value on details ✅

• You are motivated to develop further 🚀

• Your good sense for the quality of ingredients ensures everything stays fresh and delicious 🥬
