Your tasks

• Support in all legal, organizational, and administrative matters for national and international clients.
• Legal advice in the areas of corporate law, tax law, labor law, and contract law.
• Monitoring our professional liability and cyber risk insurances in collaboration with the QRM responsible.
• Handling disputes and risk cases, coordinating with external lawyers (and our insurers) in collaboration with the QRM responsible.
• Monitoring and analyzing various contracts (inventory).
• Creating and updating legal documentation (templates).
• Supporting our finance department in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Managing “Master Services Agreements” and “General Terms and Conditions and Engagement Letters”.
• Contact person for topics related to “EU-GDPR” and “DPA”.

Your profile

• You have solid professional experience as a lawyer/legal counsel or in a comparable position (at least 3 years).
• You have a master's degree in law and/or a bar exam.
• You possess solid legal knowledge.
• You have excellent knowledge of English, French, and German.
• You are proficient in common IT tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• You have a strong sense of interpersonal relationships and are characterized by flexibility and dynamism.
• You are adaptable and think solution-oriented.
