Temporary Laser Operator in Optics

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an operator for silicon wafer processing on a full-time basis. Your main tasks include:

• Laser processing of silicon wafers

• Measuring components using measuring machines and microscopes

• Wet chemical etching and cleaning with various acids and alkalis in a manual wet bench

• Oxidising components using an oxidation system

• Intermediate and final inspection of products

• Packing and delivering products

• Monitoring, cleaning and maintaining equipment and accessories

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Technical vocational training (e.g. physics laboratory technician, precision optics technician or equivalent technical training)

• Experience in operating and loading technically complex systems

• Careful handling of sensitive components

• Reliable and independent working style with strong team skills

• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness

• Precise, flexible and careful working style

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system

• You feel comfortable in a cleanroom production environment
