Supply Chain Data & Analytics, Senior Analyst

VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Supply Chain Data & Analytics, Senior Analyst to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As Supply Chain Data & Analytics, Senior Analyst, you will identify and provide insights focusing on various Supply Chain areas throughout the go-to-market process. You will also assist your manager in reporting and analysing strategic Supply Chain KPIs to provide regular updates to the Supply Chain Community, Supply Chain Regional & Global Leadership, and to Brand representatives. Lastly, you will be active part of strategic transformation initiatives aimed to create new reporting/analytics solutions supporting key stakeholders in taking data-driven and more informed business decisions.

Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for, joining our team as Supply Chain Data & Analytics, Senior Analyst:

Day-by-Day Reporting 

• support the preparation of weekly/monthly reporting to be distributed to Supply Chain Community and to the Brands (i.e. On-Time Delivery to Customers, On-Time Stock Availability, Inventory Summary, DC Processing Performance, …)
• support Supply Chain Operations teams with ad-hoc analysis and quick insights when required

Business Analytics

• explore data and analyze processes to identify opportunity for optimization / improvement of our business metrics
• leveraging on Supply Chain processes knowledge and analytics skills to formulate hypothesis, interpret and properly communicate results to the stakeholders

Analytics Tools and Solutions

• collaborate with Supply Chain functions and other business stakeholders to identify and formalize reporting/analytics requirements, and translate them into Analytics Solutions
• collaborate with Digital & Technology Analytics and/or Business Intelligence functions to validate and bring live new Analytics models/solutions
• support the Supply Chain Data & Analytics Lead / Manager in the preparation and review of Business Requirement Documents related to new Analytics/Reporting requests; connect then with Digital & Technology teams to make sure the technical solution is aligned with business requirements provided
• as member of Supply Chain business function, provide feedback and validate the reporting solutions and KPIs developed by Technology team
• ensure the accuracy, transparency and explainability of all data shared with Supply Chain functions and with the brands
• socialize new analytics solutions created/deployed, train business stakeholders and promote the adoption

Skills for Success

• basic knowledge of Supply Chain processes across the full go-to-market journey (Inbound Logistics, DC Operations, Outbound Logistics, …)
• fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• passionate for insight-driven thinking, can extract patterns from volumes of data to drive insights
• strong attention to details, and commitment to drive data accuracy
• advanced knowledge of MS Suire tools
• advanced knowledge of MS Power BI as visualization tool
• IBM Cognos experience is a plus
• predisposition to apply AI tools within the day-by-day tasks and openness to explore AI-based approach for advanced Analytics solutions
• ability to work independently, on multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a high-paced environment
• strong judgment and decision-making capabilities and ability to identify problems and propose creative, effective, and practical solutions
• excellent story-telling capabilities, ability to summarize big volumes of data results in clear business language insights and actions
• team player with a positive attitude, high degree of personal integrity, and ability to foster trust, respect, and collaboration with colleagues
