The KZU-Spitex enables people to live independently in their familiar environment. Our team of qualified nursing professionals offers professional and individual care directly at our clients' homes. With expertise, empathy, and a trained eye for complex care situations, we contribute to maintaining quality of life, dignity, and independence.
Your tasks
- Independent and professional care and support of clients in their homes
- Responsibility for care planning as well as assessment and adjustment of care processes and their documentation in the care records
- Maintaining care documentation and service recording according to applicable guidelines
- Responsibility for case management of assigned clients
- Participation in quality development and continuous improvement of care processes
Your profile
- Completed professional training as a nurse HF/FH or an equivalent foreign diploma recognised by the SRK
- Service- and person-oriented approach as well as a high degree of empathy and professionalism
- Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented
- Driving licence category B

About us
The KZU, with its two in-house day care centres, operates two care centres in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, alongside various specialised services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
