We are looking for a Workshop Coordinator / Deputy Workshop Manager (m/f/d) for a modern and successful garage business in the Basel region.

Your Tasks

• Supporting the workshop manager in daily business
  
• Planning and coordinating workshop capacities
  
• Ensuring efficient workflows
  
• Providing professional support to the workshop team
  
• Monitoring quality and safety standards
  
• Contact person for employees and customer service
  

Your Profile

• Training as an automotive mechatronics technician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or comparable qualification
  
• Several years of experience in a workshop environment
  
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
  
• Organisational talent and assertiveness
  
• Driving licence category B
  
• Good knowledge of German
