The company from the industrial sector is looking for an experienced specialist to independently handle international export shipments - from preparing offers to documentation and timely coordination with freight forwarders.
In close cooperation with internal departments and global partners, the position ensures a smooth process of all customs, shipping, and payment procedures. We are seeking a committed individual with solid export experience, a strong quality awareness, and confident language skills in German and English.
- Coordination of international transports in compliance with applicable regulations
- Preparation of export-relevant documents according to customer requirements and guidelines
- Clarification of customs-related questions with authorities and business partners
- Handling letters of credit and accompanying bank-related export processes
- Further training in foreign trade as well as industry experience desired
- Experience in preparing customs and export documents according to regulations
- Very good German and English skills, French an advantage
- Familiar with SAP modules and freight forwarding procedures
- International field of activity

- Complete order processing from A to Z- Coordination of international transports in compliance with applicable regulations

Profile
- Sound knowledge in export processing and international delivery processes and a commercial basic education- Further training in foreign trade as well as industry experience desired
- Experience in preparing customs and export documents according to regulations
- Very good German and English skills, French an advantage
- Familiar with SAP modules and freight forwarding procedures
