We need an intern for our Key Account Team full-time at our location in Solothurn.
Your tasks:
As an intern in Key Account, you have a direct impact on the success of Risem. With every highly satisfied customer and every completed upsell, you ensure more sales, more recommendations, and thus faster growth of the company.
At the beginning, you support one of our key accounts in expanding long-term relationships with our most important customers.
You manage communication and coordinate the internal implementation of topics with our internal specialist departments.
You act as a strategic advisor for our existing customers and professionally advise them on our recruiting services.
You work closely with the sales managers and the marketing team.
You participate in events, workshops, and speaking events and are available as a contact person.
