Your main tasks – what to expect
- Support and legal advice on planning tasks (especially local, zoning, and neighborhood planning) of the Fire Inspection Municipality of Appenzell as well as the Inner Rhodes districts
- Participation in handling objections and preparation of corresponding decisions
- Advising the district councils and district administrations of the Inner Rhodes districts as well as the Fire Inspection Commission and management of the Fire Inspection Municipality of Appenzell on legal matters
- Participation in the drafting of or consultation on laws, regulations, rules, and instructions
- Legal support in contract drafting or contract review as well as in data protection issues
- Participation in procurement law matters
- Support of the captains of the Inner Rhodes districts
Your profile – what distinguishes you
- Completed law degree (Master or Licentiate), possibly with a lawyer's license
- Professional experience, ideally in public administration
- Confident linguistic expression
