On behalf of our client, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a:
SHE Specialist (m/f/d) 50%
Location: Aesch, BL
Position
To strengthen and further develop our existing safety organisation, we are seeking an experienced individual in the field of SHE / ASGS, who will complement the existing role with recognised Swiss safety expertise as well as additional operational support.
In this role, you will support the SHE Manager with recognised ASGS expertise and actively contribute your experience in safety-relevant, technical and regulatory matters in day-to-day operations.
Scope of duties
- Support of site-related SHE activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conducting hazard analyses and risk assessments
- Support on topics related to chemical safety and storage
- Participation in accident and near-miss investigations
- Support of emergency organisation and emergency preparedness
- Coordination of internal safety inspections
- Technical support during SUVA and cantonal inspections
- Ensuring compliance with EKAS 6508 requirements
- Bringing recognised ASGS expertise to technically complex or regulatory relevant topics
Qualification
- Completed training & recognised Swiss ASGS qualification or equivalent EKAS-recognised safety training
- Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or similarly regulated environment
- Practical experience in dealing with SUVA and cantonal authorities
- Good knowledge of Swiss occupational safety and health regulations
- Pragmatic, hands-on and advisory working style
- Enjoy working in a smaller, operational environment
- Very good German and English skills
