Your tasks
- Medical/psychotherapeutic care of partially inpatient adult patients (m/f/d)
- Management of a defined area (15 treatment places)
- Further development of clinic-specific treatment concepts
- Participation in on-call duty at AMEOS Klinikum Haldensleben
- Conducting individual and group therapies
- Preparation of treatment plans
- Psychiatric diagnostics including anamnesis and psychopathological assessment
- Medicinal treatment of mental illnesses
- Crisis interventions
- Documentation of treatment courses and preparation of reports
- Collaboration with other professional groups (e.g. psychologists, social workers, nursing staff)
- Preparation of expert reports
- Supervision of assistant physicians (m/f/d) and other staff

- Recognition as a specialist physician (m/f/d) for psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Profound expertise and interest in combined work in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Enjoyment in independently developing your work area
- High commitment and initiative in organizing and optimizing daily processes
- Strong social skills and empathy in dealing with patients and colleagues
