Skills
- Completed training as a qualified nurse is required.
- Experience in Spitex is advantageous.
- Knowledge of PC applications and InterRai HC is a plus.

Our Spitex organisation cares for people of all ages in their familiar home environment. Around 20 employees work for the benefit of our clients during the day, 7 days a week.

Comprehensive and professional care of people in need of assistance
Implementation and execution of the nursing process
Maintaining electronic nursing documentation
Case management
Profile
Completed training as a certified nurse
Experience in the Spitex field is an advantage
Motivated, responsible and resilient personality
Efficient and independent working
PC user skills, InterRai HC, Perigon knowledge is an advantage
Experience in palliative care and wound management is an advantage
Driving licence category B
